Why Boston?
I’ve recently been blogging about the fact that today’s home buyers have tremendous flexibility when choosing where to live. An article in Sunday’s Boston Globe reiterated this fact, highlighting executives who are free to live anywhere. “As companies spread out around the globe and technology keeps people in constant contact, high-level employees are increasingly free to live where they want.”
This makes it all the more important for listing agents to sell buyers not just on the home, but on the wonderful attributes of the community. There’s so much we can do to highlight the terrific aspects of living in Boston’s MetroWest suburbs, from Wellesley’s distinctive homes and charming, walkable town center, to Sherborn’s bucolic setting and highly regarded school system.
