Who's the Fairest in the Land?
I just ran into my hubby’s uncle & his wife, who had been touring over townhome developments in the Boston suburbs for more than a year. His wife is an agent herself so it’s always interesting to get her perspective on townhome communities.
They told us they’d been to dozens of townhomes in Sudbury, Southborough, and numerous other towns across the MetroWest and thought Balancing Rock in Holliston had the best design and layout–something I was especially pleased to hear since Hallmark Sotheby’s International Realty represents them.
Personally, I like that Balancing Rock has Energy Star features, but my favorite thing about the units is the gorgeous little sunrooms. There’s no way I’d forgo that feature if I was designing one for myself!
